Skills Required :

1. Candidate must have 2 to 4 Years of experience in Monitoring Networks Background (LAN/WAN).
2. Candidate should be willingness to work in 24*7 support and ready to work in 12 hr shifts.
3. Candidate must have Knowledge of Network Management tools and common data communication protocols such as SNMP.
4. Candidate must have hands on experience in ticketing tools like Remedy etc.
5. Candidate must have CCNA Certification and understanding of Severity Issues.
6. Candidate must have good communication skills & having experience in working with USA clients.
