Too many connection error in tomcat

Sometimes when you are running your webapplication it show too many connections permgenspace error you may wonder what does it actually mean.
You are creating Connection object more than once in a single page is the reason ie you are declaring Connection con, and in same page you are declaring another connection object it is not needed just declare one connection object as global so that it avoids calling tomcat more than once.To solve this problem just restart the server.
